Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At The Sleep Revolution, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below.

Returns

We offer private consumers a 14-day return period for eligible products, starting from the date your order is delivered.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions before the product is sent back.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons once opened, unsealed or used, including, where applicable, mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, duvets, blankets, bedding, sleep masks and similar products.

  • Products manufactured, customised or ordered specifically for you, including products made to your selected size, comfort, upholstery, fabric, colour or other specifications.

  • Special-order products that are not normally kept in stock and have been ordered specifically at your request.

  • Products purchased from our Sample Sale or Outlet categories.

  • Purchases made by business customers.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was received.

  • We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

  • Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

  • The customer is responsible for the returned goods until they have been received and approved by The Sleep Revolution.

  • Returns sent cash on delivery (COD) or without sufficient postage will not be accepted.

If a returned product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during return transport, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the reduction in the product's value.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible after the returned product has been received and approved.

If your purchase was paid by invoice, financing or instalments, any applicable invoice or financing fees remain payable according to the payment terms. Any approved refund will be processed separately.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to inspection and availability.

Please contact our Customer Service before returning a product for exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

Exchanges are not available for:

  • Products that are not eligible for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Special-order products.

  • Products purchased from our Sample Sale or Outlet categories.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, the manufacturer's warranty.

If visible transport damage is present upon delivery, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment and notifying us promptly.

Warranty

Many products sold by The Sleep Revolution are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and conditions vary by brand and product.

Please refer to the individual product page or contact our Customer Service for warranty information relating to your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the country in which the product is sold.
